Exterior Car Cleaning

Does the premium car wash include wax?

Yes! This service includes a protective wax that gives a shine that’ll last for weeks after the cleaning. This provides the car with an amazing luster.

Can you do a premium wash for two or more vehicles during one appointment?

The maximum number of cars we can care for during your appointment is two. But the condition and size of the vehicles also need to be considered. Give us a call to discuss your needs in detail.

How long does the car wash process take?

In general, this car wash and wax can take anywhere between 2 to 5 hours to complete. This is a basic estimate as the time can differ depending on the size and condition of your vehicle.

Do I need to drop my vehicle off at your shop?

Nope. Our services are completely mobile. What does that mean for you? We come to you and clean your vehicle wherever you are. Whether you’re at home or the office, we’ll clean your vehicle.

Will my car be dripping wet?

Not at all. We use far less water to clean than traditional car washes so there won’t be lots of excess water on the ground after cleaning your car.

Can you remove scratches and dings?

No. This car wash service is only focused on getting your car as clean as possible. So scratches and dings on the paint would remain after the cleaning session.

How do I pay for my detailing service?

Our detailing technicians process payments once your service has been completed. They collect payment in cash, by credit/debit card, or Interac e-Transfer.

What is your weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather, such as below freezing temperatures, excessive wind, severe storms, rain, sleet, or hail, we will move your car to a covered area to continue your car wash services.

In certain situations inclement weather can result in appointment delays or rescheduling. In the event of any changes to your appointment, you will be promptly notified by phone and by email.

What is your COVID-19 safety policy?

Your safety and that of our employees is our top priority. This is why we have set up the following safety protocols to protect everyone:

  • Zero contact appointments for customer and employee health
  • Employees required to use hand sanitizer and handwashing (when possible) throughout the day
  • Daily temperature checks and testing when necessary
  • Company provided face coverings/masks, gloves, and safety goggles

Car Wash & Detailing

What’s the difference between a car wash and car detailing?

Car detailing involves giving your vehicle a meticulous deep clean and polish, inside and out, that returns it to like-new, mint condition.

A car wash involves a basic cleaning of the exterior of your vehicle.

How does mobile detailing work?

It’s simple to book your detailing appointment through our website. You’ll complete a short form to choose the date for your detailing service. Booking your service takes less than 5 minutes.

NOTE: We will need access to your water and electricity to clean your vehicle. This means that we’ll need access to your hose or tap as well as an electrical socket within 100 feet of your vehicle’s location.

How long does car detailing take?

The amount of time it takes to completely clean your car can vary based on weather, the type of vehicle, the condition of the vehicle, and the services that your vehicle requires.

In general, our services can take between 2 and 6 hours to complete. When you book a car detailing appointment, you will see how long it will take to clean your vehicle.

Booking Your Car Wash or Detailing

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Once an appointment is confirmed, you can cancel at no charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service time. If you cancel a residential appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, we may apply a $18 cancellation fee to cover the costs of rerouting our detailing expert.

We will never charge a fee for weather-related cancellations.

Do I need to be present while you detail my vehicle?

Not at all.

A detailing technician will contact you by text or phone before they arrive. If you will not be available when the detailer arrives, please ensure that your vehicle is easy to find (note the license plate, vehicle colour and model when you book your appointment).

Also, be sure that the car is accessible (and unlocked if it requires interior detailing). You can also leave specific instructions for the detailer when you make your appointment.
